Our gift baskets are uniquely ours and we specialize in custom themed designs to suit your recipient, theme and budget. We offer a wide variety of Chicago themed products and have access to other city themes as well.
Customized for your company or recipient
We collaborate with you to select just the right items for your occasion or recipient. This can include any combination of our current inventory items or specialty items not readily available on our website. We will special order at no extra charge. Personalized gift card and ribbon can be printed with your logo or message. Overall gift basket design colors to match your corporate colors or event theme. We can also include your own promotional items to add to an existing gift basket design.
Superior customer service
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. For gifts and gift baskets available within our current inventory, orders of 1-10 gifts are generally ready within 48 hours. For volumes over 10 gifts, we will contact you for your desired timing. For special order gifts, we require approximately 14 days to fulfill the order once the design and products are finalized. You will receive photos of our design progress and the final products to ensure your needs are met. Shipping is done by local courier or UPS depending on location and timing.
