Health and safety during Coronavirus  

  • We are a small studio and currently have only 1 designer working at any given time.
  • Washing hands and wearing gloves is common practice for us.
  • All of our foods are pre-packaged and safe for handling. We are not currently handling any fresh fruit orders. 
  • Our shipments are being safely handled by UPS. You can read more about their safety guidelines here

Product guarantee - At Thoughtful Presence, we strive to meet your expectations in every way. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or online credit. Please call us to arrange for your refund or credit. All returns must be in the original packaging.

Safety standards - All baby products that we choose meet US safety standards and CPSIA requirements. See individual product descriptions for further details on the safety requirements of each product. If you have any questions about the safety of our products, please contact us and we'll be happy to give you more information.

Custom orders - If you do not see what you are looking for in our product categories, please call or send us an email with your custom request. We will work with you to find the right gift for your special occasion, and provide you with a price prior to finalizing your order.

Substitutions - On occasion, due to change in product availability we may need to substitute an individual item in a gift basket. Substituted items will always be of the same quality as you see on our website. In some cases, if we have to make a significant change in your order, we will contact you in advance to ensure you are still happy with the order.

Individual item purchases - We hope you will love all of our products, and if you or a gift recipient would like to order a specific item that was packaged with a gift, we can accommodate. Just send us an email or give us a call!
