Exercise Motivation for your February Heart Month

Spring is just 24 days away! You may still be feeling the bite of winter, but are you ready for spring? Are you ready for lightweight clothes and outdoor activities?

If you’re like me, the answer to the above might be, “Ugh, I’m out of shape!” Well we signed up for Chicago’s annual Bike the Drive on Memorial Day weekend, and I need to get in shape!

With a 35 mile bike ride in my not too distant future and heart healthy activities going on all month, I’ve been inspired to kick it into high gear.
